In a heavy bottomed casserole, brown the onions, garlic and meat in the butter and oil over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the Dar Choumicha® Organic Spices for M’Qalli stirred into a little water, the bunch of parsley and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the water, cover and simmer until the meat is cooked and the sauce reduced.
Remove the bunch of parsley.
Serve the meat in a heated serving platter coated with the sauce and garnished with the almonds and quail eggs.
