Put the olives in a frypan over a low heat and add the olive oil and the Dar Choumicha® Liqama Harra Spices.
Gently heat the black olives for 5-10 minutes so that they absorb all the flavours.
Cool before storing in a glass jar.
These marinated black olives are served as an entrée together with the Moroccan salads that accompany the main dish as well as with bread for breakfast or a snack.
