In a frypan, sauté the chopped mushrooms in the oil and butter.
Add the minced chicken and the Dar Choumicha® Liqama Hlouwa Spices.
Moisten with the chicken stock and reduce over a high heat.
Season with salt, add the crème fraiche and cook for another minute.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Serve the minced chicken and mushrooms with pasta.
