In a bowl, mix the Dar CHOUMICHA® BAHARAT CHAWARMA spice mix with the chopped golden onion.
Incorporate the ground meat (or kofta) and mix well.
Cover the bowl in saran wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Fashion the kofta into finger shapes.
On a barbecue, grill the ground meat fingers.
Garnish the pita bread with kofta, a few French fries, tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion and minced pickles, then coat with
yogurt sauce or mayonnaise.
Roll the pita bread, cut in half, and serve your Kofta Chawarma in tall glasses, or on plates.
