Marinate the chicken drumsticks or thighs in 1.5 tsp of the Dar Choumicha® Organic Spices for M’Qalli and half the water for 15 minutes.
Put the chicken in a saucepan and add the garlic, the remaining water, the two oils, salt and the bunch of coriander (cilantro).
Bring to the boil covered then lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts, the fava beans, the chopped coriander (cilantro) and preserved lemon.
Sprinkle with the rest of the Dar Choumicha® Organic Spices for M’Qalli.
Cook, covered, for a further 15-20 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked and the sauce reduced, turn off the heat and serve at once.
